Jaya is a senior associate with BTG Advaya, and primarily advises clients on varying areas of labour and employment, diversity equity and inclusion, and complex contracts.

She has over 12 years of diverse experience spanning across law firms, healthcare, pharma and the financial sector. Prior to joining BTG, Jaya has worked as a corporate counsel with prominent corporations such as CRISIL, Pfizer, and SevenHills Healthcare.

Jaya holds a undergraduate degree in law from the University of Mumbai. She also holds a PG Diploma in Communication & Journalism from the University of Mumbai and a bachelor's degree in commerce.
