BTG Advaya is a national disputes and transactional law firm, with best-of-breed technical expertise, a culture of innovation and teamwork, and an unrelenting commitment to excellence. Since we started in 2014, we have grown rapidly, and currently have offices in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bengaluru with 8 partners/practice heads and 30 fee earners in total.

Our sector focus is what sets us apart, and gives us significant competitive advantage. We operate in some very interesting sectors such as aerospace, defense, fintech, social/digital media, renewables, retail, life sciences, nuclear power, and industrials. While we deliver excellence via our legal advice, we also strive to be technically proficient and be seen as 'industry insiders'. Therefore, our interaction with industry experts (who are non lawyers) is very intense and enriching. We add to these interactions with in-depth background research / knowledge management.

Our practices include corporate transactions (M&A, PE), commercial contracting and public procurement, dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), internal investigations, ESG, projects, labour and employment, data privacy and other technology/media regulations, intellectual property, and other areas of law that are fast developing to keep up with rapid changes in technology and methods of doing business.
