Suyash is a corporate lawyer and has accumulated expertise across a wide array of sectors.

He has experience in general corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, technology, media and telecommunications, labour and employment and dispute resolution and for Indian as well as multinational clients.He has advised several reputed foreign companies on investing in India and maintaining a robust corporate governance framework, including undertaking legal due diligence, general advisory on client projects, assistance with M&A transactions, drafting and reviewing of legal documents.

He graduated from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai in 2020 and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
