She graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, with a specialization in Business Law. 

 

Sanya has gained diverse experience in corporate and commercial laws through her internships at leading law firms, including Talwar Thakore & Associates, Trilegal, and J. Sagar Associates. Her work has spanned general corporate advisory, private equity and M&A transactions, and foreign investment regulations.
