Priyanka is a part of the Corporate practice at BTG Advaya and focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, general corporate law aspects of doing business in India and commercial contracting.
Priyanka was the General Counsel at Lumis, a venture capital fund and an investment operating platform based in India and the US. As a member of the leadership team, Priyanka played a strategic role in engagement with Lumis stakeholders and expansion of businesses.

Prior to Lumis, Priyanka has worked largely, with Tier 1 Indian law firms such as Trilegal and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Priyanka currently serves as an Independent Director on the board of a public listed pharmaceutical company in India.​
