Priyanka is a part of the Corporate practice at BTG Advaya and focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, general corporate law aspects of doing business in India and commercial contracting.

Priyanka was the General Counsel at Lumis, a venture capital fund and an investment operating platform based in India and the US. As a member of the leadership team, Priyanka played a strategic role in engagement with Lumis stakeholders and expansion of businesses.

Prior to Lumis, Priyanka has worked largely, with Tier 1 Indian law firms such as Trilegal and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Priyanka currently serves as an Independent Director on the board of a public listed pharmaceutical company in India.

Emoha (Lumis promoted)

Advised the tech-enabled clinical care platform for elders in its capital raising journey from seed to Series B and in a 100% share acquisition of an assisted senior living business.

Lumis

Established the legal function, representing it, its owned entities, their respective businesses, accelerators and sponsored funds in structuring, raising capital, portfolio investments, compliance and exits in sectors such as supply chain, future of work, education, senior care and venture debt.

Sirion

Advised the global software company on entering into  commercial agreements, with a focus on enterprise SaaS arrangements, licensing, subcontractor and partnership agreements.

ESAF 

Advised on the establishment and operation of the ESAF Small Finance Bank.

Advised on their portfolio investments in asset reconstruction and logistics.
