He advises clients across retail, technology, extractives, and financial services on a range of cross-border matters. He is also one of the key members of the firm's pro bono practice. As Chief Strategy Officer, he oversees the firm's overall business strategy, alongside talent, culture, operations, and sustainability.

Policy & Advocacy
Pratik has been actively engaged in law and policy reform at the domestic and international levels. He has been consulted in the drafting of modern slavery legislation and legislation on strategic lawsuits against public participation (SLAPPs), and was invited to join the sounding board for the Hague Rules on Business and Human Rights Arbitration, chaired by former ICJ Judge Bruno Simma.

Pratik serves as a Regional Board Member (Asia-Pacific) of the Global Association of Independent Lawyers (GAIL), and is an active member of the Business and Human Rights Lawyers Association (BHRLA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). He holds a law degree from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, India.
