Prashant Daga is an associate of the Technology, Media and Communications practice group of BTG Advaya. He has contributed to advising clients on laws relating to internet regulations, data privacy, telecommunication, digital payments, online gaming, corporate compliance, medical devices, food and beverage regulations, fintech, advertising and consumer protection.
Prashant also supports the public policy and advocacy outreach efforts of the firm and assists in keeping our clients updated with the evolving regulatory regime in various sectors. In addition, he also holds experience in general corporate advisory and regulatory compliances for clients. His responsibilities at BTG Advaya comprise regulatory assessments, drafting advisories, tracking policy developments, corporate compliance support, due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, incorporations, for both Indian and foreign clients (listed as well as unlisted).
Prashant is a graduate from University of Mumbai Law Academy, with a B.B.A.,LL.B. (Hons.) undergraduate degree and is qualified to practice law in India. Prashant joined BTG Advaya as a trainee and has worked at the Mumbai office of the firm as an associate for over 2 years.
