His responsibilities at BTG Advaya have encompassed due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, incorporations, regulatory compliance and general corporate advisory for both Indian and foreign clients (listed as well as unlisted).

Pranay is a graduate from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, with an undergraduate degree in law and is qualified to practice law in India.
