Prachi is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at BTG Advaya and a CIPP/E-certified litigator with experience representing clients in commercial litigation, arbitration, and insolvency matters.

She has advised and represented clients across the media, technology, finance, and entertainment sectors in proceedings before the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and other forums. Prior to joining BTG Advaya, she was an Associate at APS Law Associates in Mumbai. She holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, and is qualified to practice law in India.

Prachi has a particular interest in technology disputes, particularly in the area of data privacy and emerging regulatory frameworks.​
