Parveen is a partner at BTG Advaya, where he heads the regulatory, energy and infrastructure practice. He brings with him two and half decades of rich experience in varied roles, including legal, commercial, regulatory and management activities of large infrastructure, power, renewable and manufacturing companies.

Apart from his specialization in commercial contracting including capital-intensive turnkey and EPC contracts, he also has in-depth expertise in handling regulatory, litigation, financing, and project construction matters.

In the past, he has led the legal, secretarial and government relations department of a company involved in the Oil and gas sector GDRs (Global Depositary Receipts) listed on the London Stock Exchange. He also had a long stint with a listed company involved in the manufacturing of steel pipes for oil, gas and water transportation.

Prior to joining BTG Advaya, Parveen was the Director - Legal and General Counsel of Vestas’ India operations, a global leader in the manufacturing and supply of wind turbines. In Vestas, he was part of the core management team for India and was closely working with headquarters. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
