In the past, he has advised clients on transaction documents, commercial agreements, OEM agreements, EPC contracts, power purchase agreements (conventional and non-conventional), share subscription and shareholders agreement, infrastructure agreements, and other related documentation. ​

​Additionally, Mukund has significant experience in reviewing Bid and Tender Documents, Requests for Proposals, and Bank Guarantees and providing strategic advice on corporate and commercial laws, OEMs, electricity laws, ESG, and carbon markets, ranging across leading IPPs, Business Houses, VC Funds and Multinational Conglomerates like ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel.

Provided strategic legal counsel for an INR 613 crore infrastructure project for enhancement of Visakhapatnam Port, including drafting and negotiating EPC contracts with multiple vendors and preparing an umbrella agreement for the project manager.

Advised on the share purchase transaction involving acquisition of an SPV undertaking mechanisation of the East Quay-6 (EQ-6) Berth at Visakhapatnam Port under the DBFOT model.
