Juhi is a partner in the corporate practice group of BTG Advaya and heads the Bengaluru office of the firm. Juhi has 20+ years of experience working with clients across sectors ranging from banking to retail to aerospace, defence and infrastructure.

Juhi has worked closely with in-house and external counsels, both in India and internationally, on complex negotiations on commercial contracts, acquisitions and investments by PE/VC funds. Her expertise lies in translating client requirements into legally sound structures and processes.

Prior to joining BTG Advaya, Juhi has worked with leading Indian national law firms, international law firm, Allens, and has also as an in-house corporate counsel with Mumbai International Airport Limited.

Juhi is qualified to practice in India and read the law at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
