Aishwarya Kaushiq is a Principal Associate at BTG Advaya in the litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution practice of the firm. 

He has a broad spectrum background in commercial disputes, across various courts and judicial forums in India. He has been advising and representing clients (domestic and international) from a range of sectors, including e-commerce, construction, banking, mining ore, aviation, data privacy, and manufacturing. 

 

His core focus areas include contractual disputes, arbitration (domestic and international), government projects and tenders, money recovery recourses, insolvency and bankruptcy, consumer, internet and social media intermediary disputes. He has been a part of various high-impact legal cases and judgments passed in the last few years. 

 

His work at BTG Advaya includes assisting clients at all stages of a dispute, starting from the pre-litigation stage, through the pleadings, discovery and argument stages of a trial/arbitration, all the way to the conclusion of the dispute. 

 

Aishwarya graduated from Fergusson College (DESLC), Pune in 2013.
