Aditi is a Principal Associate at BTG Advaya, where she focuses on venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions, guiding investors through share and business acquisitions, growth-stage investments, and structured exits across Indian and cross-border markets.
With nearly a decade of experience, Aditi has expertise in M&A transactions, deal structuring, negotiations, and corporate advisory matters involving company law and foreign exchange regulations. She has advised and represented founders, companies, and investors through various stages of the investment and transaction lifecycle.
Prior to joining BTG Advaya, Aditi worked with IndusLaw and Advaya Legal. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Chanakya National Law University, Patna, and is currently pursuing Company Secretaryship, having cleared the Executive level.
