She has over 7 years of experience and has in the past worked on several large M&A and PE transactions, financing transactions, and general corporate matters. She has assisted on transactions involving cross border teams of advisors as well as on mergers and acquisition transactions involving Indian, US and European companies.
She also has experience in providing general corporate advisory on exchange control regulations and corporate governance issues to Indian and foreign clients.
Prior to joining BTG, Aanchal worked at leading Indian law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She is qualified to practice in India and read law at Government Law College, Mumbai.
