Pratik is an associate with the corporate and commercial practice of the firm and focuses on vendor agreements, franchise agreements, due diligence and transaction documents for acquisitions, licensing of commercial property, and various other commercial contracts.

Pratik regularly advises clients on a variety of matters relating to employment and labour, including advising on all aspects of hiring and termination of employees and statutory benefits. He has also been actively involved in the formulation of HR policies.

Pratik graduated in law from the Mumbai University in 2017, after completing his B.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. He has also completed his LL.M. in corporate law from Jindal Global Law School in 2021.

Before joining the firm, Pratik worked extensively on both sides of the bar and bench (Chambers of Sr Advocate Mr Narichania, Mr Justice G. S. Patel, and Mr Justice S. J. Kathawalla), and was associated with Mumbai law firms handling a range of matters relating to dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law.
