Arbaaz has experience in advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, demergers, and other general corporate matters, such as drafting of share purchase and shareholders’ agreement, share subscription agreement, scheme of demerger and other transaction related documents.

Arbaaz has read the law from Government Law College, Mumbai and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree from Wilson College, Mumbai.
